    We know AI is amazing, but we also realize that sometimes, for complex matters (like Copyright claims or banking issues), you need a human to review your case meticulously.

    Support and Tickets Desk

    Creating a Support Ticket:

    • 📍 Navigation: Go to the Support section in the sidebar menu.

    • ➕ Add Ticket: Click the Add Ticket button to open a new case.

    • 📝 Details: Write a clear title, describe the issue in detail, and attach screenshots if they help clarify the problem.

    • ✅ Resolution: A real human from the Chatmu team will take your case and reply directly in that same section. We will also email you when the status changes.
